- Delivery Zones:
- We currently offer delivery services within specific zones in Dubai, UAE. To check if your area is covered, please enter your delivery address during the checkout process on our website or mobile application.
- Delivery Timeframes:
- Our standard delivery time is 10 A.M – 09 P.M, subject to product availability and order processing time.
- For urgent or express delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service for more information.
- Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within [insert processing time] after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details once your purchase is confirmed.
- Delivery Charges:
- Standard delivery charges apply to all orders within our designated delivery zones.
- Any additional charges for express or urgent deliveries will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
- Delivery Tracking:
- For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Confirmation:
- Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier service will make reasonable attempts to contact you and arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Delivery Restrictions:
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or individuals for reasons such as security concerns or unavailability.
- Deliveries will not be made to P.O. Box addresses.
- Prescription Medications:
- Prescription medications may have additional delivery requirements, including the need for a valid prescription upon delivery. Our team will communicate any specific instructions when processing your order.

- Returns and Refunds:
- Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information regarding the return of products and applicable refund procedures.
- If your order is received on or before 4pm, we shall deliver on the next day between 9am–6pm.
- Orders received on Saturday evening and Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.
- We do not have delivery/pick up service on Sundays.
- We deliver to all 7 Emirates.
- Delivery is done 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday between 9am–6pm.
- We offer express same day delivery service in Dubai. It is free for orders above AED 500, order needs to be received before 11am. If it is an office, the delivery is done on or before 6pm. If it is a house, the delivery is done on or before 9pm.
- Express same day delivery is available only in Dubai at the moment.
- If the order value is below AED 500 and customer has chosen same day express delivery, then AED 20 delivery charge will apply.
- Currently, we do not offer the option to choose a delivery time slot.
- We will attempt to deliver twice to your location. If both attempts fail and customer still wants the order, customer will have to pay the item return charge and resending charge. In this case, the order would have to be prepaid.
- There is a shipping charge of AED 10 for orders below AED 150. We offer free next day delivery for orders above AED 150.
- If you have chosen Cash on Delivery as a payment option, please keep exact cash ready as our drivers don’t carry much cash.
- Card machine is sent only for express same day delivery orders in Dubai. If you would like to pay via card, you can choose the Card Payment Link option—this option is available to all customers all over the UAE. Once the driver reaches your location, you can pay using the link. The link accepts all cards including Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
- No Payment = No Delivery.
- There are some products that are classified as “Heavy/Oversized”. Oversized items are those that don’t fall under standard parcel dimensions. For Oversized items like large whiteboards, we ship only to certain areas in Dubai. Contact our customer service to know more. There may be delivery charges applicable for certain areas.
- If the customer would like to pick up their order, they can choose Pick Up from Store and can pick up their order in 15 minutes. Pick up timings are Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm. Sunday closed.
